A brand new Physique Attack class is released every three months with new music and choreography. Now we have simply obtained a brand new release and it’s taking me some time to get used to – coordination shouldn’t be a powerful point! Each train has a unique stage so if you can’t do a transfer anymore, you can do a low intensity model – I had to do that yesterday as jumping around after two large coffees might have led to an extremely embarrassing state of affairs!!
